These people are as successful as “the worst dressed” and are respected by pubic, media and business partners just as much. But these people do one more thing. They dress as creatively as their run way models during the shows. They truly embrace their own brands and promote their labels by either wearing their own clothing or at least something that goes with it. John Galliano Glasses – Now Collectibles

Before John Galliano undergone this century’s loudest scandal in the fashion industry he has been an inspiration to many young and old designers. He collaborated Givenchy, Dior and other small fashion houses and even successfully launched his own label John Galliano. In a few years label produced clothing, shoes and eyewear. According to latest news John Galliano was not only removed from house of Dior hours after he was arrested, but also fired from his own label John Galliano to which LVMH corporation has rights. How is this even possible one may ask. Well, corporate world has decision making power if holds more shares than the founder can vote to remove the founder from working for a corporation. This is exactly what happened to Steve Jobs 20 years ago when despite being a founder of Apple he was fired from the position of CEO by the board.

LVMH move faces a number of unknown regarding the John Galliano brand. Clearly since scandalous designer is still alive and young he would have been expected to be inseparable part of the label not only on the trademark. Unlike in Apple, where technology is created by large teams of programmers and Steve Jobs at his time was really just an official face of the company, in fashion world brand is heavily connected to a designer. John Galliano brand without John Galliano playing a role, brand may have a trouble surviving. Not only the name has been ruined indefinitely, now the fashion tangible as we know it is removed. White – The Cult Color of 2011

Minimalism, gender neutrality and simple tailoring are the main trends of the current season. This is reflective of slowly recovering economy, struggling working class that once was part of wealthy and generally less demanding youth that shop less often than 5 years ago, shop more online and value comfort over quality. White color has risen to the new top as illustration of beauty and purity that is still a value of today’s relatively peaceful society.

White on color, white on white, clear white is a well followed through trend in designer eyewear. Historically black and dark colors were preferred for both sunglasses and eyeglasses as they add desired definition, hide certain face imperfections and create an image of "smart". White looks more couture and unusual. But, who will argue that it actually looks cool.
